Visit UPPSC website https://uppsc.up.nic.in and click on 'All Notifications/Advertisements'.
Click 'Apply' and authenticate using OTR number and OTP/password.
Fill essential qualification and other details in Part-I.
Complete Part-II: fill permanent and correspondence address and select Yes/No for preferential qualifications.
Proceed to Part-III: pay the application fee via SBI MOPS (Net Banking, Card Payments, or Other Payment Modes like SBI E-Challan).
After successful payment, take printout of Payment Transaction Slip.
Final submission: after fee payment, the application form is generated; take printout and keep for future reference.
